Monopoly H&N: World Edition • Negative Posts and Complaints about Pogo on the Forums

Due to the many current issues affecting members game play the Pogo Forums are receiving a lot of negative and unconstructive feedback. We are aware of the issues largely related to those unhappy with Embedded Game Pages (EGP), whether it be the design/lack of Pop-ups, or Games loading slowly, not able to continue after one game, or simply not loading at all. We are researching those issues and hope to have solutions in the coming weeks.

Because of the many current, common, and overly repeated complaints, and threats of unsubscribing we are simply going to remove or consolidate such posts as they simply are over burdening our Forum’s community in general. I would like to be clear, we are not ignoring these complaints and the issues that are triggering them. We are simply trying to maintain the forums as a relatively peaceful place where members can communicate in a positive and constructive manner.

Our Mods are here trying to help. If they remove a post it is because they are following Pogo’s and EA’s guidelines. If they feel for any reason that a post is negative or may incite negative responses they are well within their given powers to remove such a post.

I just played a full game & didn't get any credit towards the badge. It's a long game to sit through & then have this happen, ugh.

The ONLY reason I still have a Club Pogo membership is because I renew it using My Coke Reward points. If I were paying real cash for the mess they've made out of this place I'd be so mad! There is NO WAY Pogo will ever see a dime from me. I've felt this way since "gems" came out. What a scam, IMO. I was going to buy some gems one time but when I saw what they charge for them I lmao...and lost a lot of respect for Pogo. Pogo is a hot mess these days. *sigh*

We know a lot of our members, Free and Club, have been having various ongoing and continuous issues with using our site for the last several weeks and month. We are working hard to try and narrow down the causes of these wide ranging problems.

The Game Loading and not being able to continue after playing a game are two of the largest issues that we are researching right now. We have been working directly with a few members to try and narrow down the symptoms and possible resolutions.

We have found a few things so far that are preventing players from normal game play, including certain browser add-ons and security settings. In many cases simply resetting the browser to its default settings and disabling add-ons that are not necessary for playing our games will resolve the problem.

We are still gathering information and as we do so, we will try to figure out if there are any adjustments we can make on our end so that these settings and add-ons do not interfere with people’s ability to play on Pogo. In some cases we may need to provide our users with more details on how they can make adjustments on their end so that they can continue playing. More details and information will be provided as they become more solid.

In addition to that, we also continue to look into the issues with Pop-up Game Windows, not being able to purchase Gems, various abuse issues, as well as new and old bugs.

We understand that these last few months with changes to our site, games, and EA Support have been very trying and we are indeed working to improve the experience for our fans. We greatly appreciate your patience.

The game is either broken, or just has three AI types with specific 'help'. I say this, because every game I play, the three AIs are the same. One AI buys some props, then trades all of them away so it has one prop and 30M in cash for the rest of the game. Another one actually plays pretty fairly and can be beaten. The worse one is the AI that lands on the transport and power, gets all of the good cards and lands on free parking, so it trades until it has all these monopolies and is impossible to beat.

The only thing a player can do is hope to block as many monopolies as possible, which isn't very, since the player has the luck of a thrice squished skunk.

What is the point to play a monopoly game when half of the players use that POGO and after 1 hour of gaming you realize you can't build?!!! So many cheaters and every day more and more getting the same program.
We keep reporting them but Pogo doesn't seem to care. They want real players out of pogo I guess.

Ok we will leave and you'll stay with 50 cheaters.Good luck with that.

With this POGO the other players are not able to build at ALL the whole game.
Your ''piece'' gets stuck, moving up and down like crazy when you try to click '' build''.

In order to choose game options do not click on "Play against the robots", choose a room and then choose what options you want. You can make the room private to play against the bots.

Monopoly H&N: World Edition • failed to load after ad 1/2 way thru games cant finish game

Its worst than even never playing at all, than to be frozen out of the middle of a game!
i downloaded new java, and cleared all the caches, but i still keep getting froze out of the game after the ad plays my game "failed to reload" according to the screen. any1 can help??
